Dependable Heating & Air installed a new heater and air conditioner for me. They were great. As long as it works right I'm a happy camper. They were recommended by my neighbor and some other people in the community. They also got good ratings on NextDoor. In my community, news travels fast, good and bad, so my expectations were high. They were on time, clean, neat, and very respectful. The installers were young and one was particularly easy to talk to and a very nice young man. They knew what they were doing except that they couldn't get me online with the thermostat. For now, I'm just using it manually on the wall, since I haven't taken the time to figure it out. My nephew might also be able to help me. He helped me go over the estimate that Don Wagner gave me. Don said that my nephew could call him directly with any questions, which gave me reassurance. He was a decent man, and I felt comfortable with him and with the installers in my home. The other thing that wasn't completely explained to me was the warranty information for Carrier. I'm not sure if I do that or if Dependable Heating takes care of it.
