I have been using Dependable Heating & Air since 2009 when they installed my new heating and air conditioning unit. They have been taking great care of me and my HVAC system since. I never have a problem getting someone out, and the technicians are always very nice willing to answer all of my questions. They never make me feel that any question that I have is stupid or a waste of their time. They are extremely patient with me. An example of this is that I was having difficulty getting a new filter into my system. It was so cumbersome. I talked to the technician about it, and he offered a different filter that would work with my system which was easier to replace. I loved that he was so knowledgeable and understood what would help best for me. They are really a great bunch of people who have kept my HVAC running very well over the years. I really appreciate them.
