I was pleased to get an appointment within 2 days in spite of a 100 degree heatwave. The technician called before the appointment to tell me what time he would be there, which was at the beginning of the initial quoted time. He diagnosed the problem to be a bad connector, which he replaced, and the total service time was finished in less than an hour. I was ecstatic to have cool air throughout the heatwave. Excellant experience.
