I have been using Dependable Heating & Air for probably twenty years. Recently, they replaced both our furnace and air conditioning units, and the air conditioning unit prior to this was put in by them, as well. They are just wonderful. They are prompt and professional. One thing I really appreciated this last time is that we were headed out of town for an extended period of time, and we called them for some trouble we were having with our unit. They got in and diagnosed the problem very quickly, and they did an excellent job. Then, even after everything was up and running, they called back to make sure everything was running okay. They really have excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend them!
