Brandon arrived introduced himself, inquired as to what we thought was wrong with our air. He then went directly to work and determined what the problem was. He then explained everything to us. What was wrong, parts that will be needed, cost of parts and labor.
The air now runs as it should. Dependable should be proud of employees like Brandon.
