Chem-Dry of Annapolis didn't satisfy me this time. I am usually pleased with them. After they cleaned my carpets, it looked clean. But, when it looked as dirty as before they cleaned. None of the stains came up, so I had to get on my hands and knees to clean the carpet with the cleaning solution they left behind. They wouldn't even move a small chair in the room so they could clean under it. I found that annoying. I won't use them again.
