My dog had been sick so we had issues with urine on the carpet. I submitted my request to speak with Chem-Dry on their website and the *next day*, a gentleman from the company called me back. We discussed the situation a little bit then he came to look at the carpet, gave me a price quote, and I gave the go-ahead. They cleaned the carpet that same day and the price was right!
