Chem-Dry of Annapolis did my carpets and shampooed my sofa and re-cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and I liked them because they do a very, very, very good job. My floors were a mess, they were filthy before they came and when they were done they were sparkling like new.
A really good job and I also really liked the technician. He was very good, really professional and personable and he explained everything he was going to do and knocked it out quickly. And it dried so quickly too, which usually doesn't happen, it only took a few hours instead of all day like it does most of the time.
