At first we thought we were in good hands due to their prompt service, but then when we called them, we basicly had to do all of it ourselves. The only ones we did not talk to was the insurance company that we filed a law suit on

Then, just to find out that it was all for practically nothing. We ended up with a 300 check. I don't think that was right at all.

What else were we suppose to do? I guess since we weren't involved in the communication with the other insurance company and what was really happening we just had to settle for that. If anyone has any advice... please it would greatly be appreciated.
