Lorenz & Lorenz did an excellent job for me. I liked that they were personal and client-oriented. They were very responsive to my calls and I was always able to talk to someone. I called very frequently and all my questions were answered clearly. The constant communication abated my worries that even though the case was moving a little slow, progress was still being made. The employees were very patient and my conversations with them made me feel good. I have no complaints about the service and am happy with the work that they did for me. This was my first time using Lorenz & Lorenz and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
