Artificial Grass Pros provided excellent service when they put in the artificial turf I purchased. I did my homework too and checked out 9 places and they came to the top in both quality and pricing. To begin with, Lisa came out for the estimate and was very courteous and professional. Her presentation alone blew me away. She was knowledgeable, professional, and most impressive of all, she was confident about what she could offer. Their products were thoroughly explained and she walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. She also provided sampling and went over all the pros and cons for each and exactly what that meant to me. I have four dogs so this presentation was something I was prepared for and it really struck me that she had prepared too. The installation went great and they went out of their way to help me out with some underground landscaping. They helped out with a lighting conduit I needed and simply gave me a change order to include everything still at a very reasonable price. I didn't realize they could do that work and had prepared to hire someone else. Lisa and her team really went above and beyond anything I ever expected. They did the job exactly as it was outlined in the proposal and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was fine. Everything was amazing!
