McQuillan Bros was very professional, responsive, and forthcoming. My call was answered with in a few rings by a live person who was friendly and professional. I was able to get answers and schedule an appointment right away. Dan and Joe showed up on time, were excellent at discussing my options, answering my nerdy questions, and presenting options. They worked a very long day without complaint to get hot water restored, did a tidy installation and cleaned up. They were the model of professionalism, keeping me updated on the progress, very polite, and walked us through the features of our new tankless water heater.
