Balloons Above The Valley does a fantastic job! We are from Minnesota and have always wanted to take a hot air balloon ride. Well, the weather here is not always the best, so when we took a trip to Napa, CA we thought it would be perfect - AND IT WAS! Both ground crews (leaving and landing) did a great job and the whole crew was so nice and very professional. The two gentleman in my group both had bad knees and the crew was right there, ready to help. There was another group from another country who needed to use an interpreter. I noticed the staff taking extra measures to ensure that their entire group could understand everything, especially the safety procedures. That was above and beyond in my book! Overall, I am so glad we did this. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them! 5 out of 5 stars!!
