On a scale of one through ten, this experience was a ten by far. The staff at Balloons Above the Valley are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and funny. We had such a wonderful time. We flew with Jake who was an awesome pilot, born into a family of long time air balloon pilots which everyone thought was awesome. You could tell you were in great hands and felt safe. Tina greeted everyone upon arrival and handled payments at the end and she was the best, funny and friendly and really made the group feel taken care of. I can't say enough about the staff as a whole. The experience itself was out of this world-we flew on a PERFECT day, blue skies over Napa, we did not feel like we were swaying in wind but almost standing still. Just floating above the stunning Napa Valley. The champagne brunch was phenomenal, food was delicious and champagne kept coming. This was one of the best experiences of my life, I recommend everyone must do this at least once. Choose Balloons Above the Valley if you decide to fly-they are the best out there!!!
