It was our first time hearing about Balloons Above the Valley, one of our close friends had used them once before and told us about their wonderful experience so we had to check it out! They did a great job, it was easy to make reservations and they made sure to email us confirmations as well as calling us the day before to give us all the specifics of the trip. Employees were friendly and informative. They didn't charge my card until after the flight which was nice and the brunch afterwards was the cherry on top! Overall great experience and I hope to be able to use them again. Will definitely recommend them to others as well!
