We hired the services of Balloons Above The Valley for my mom's birthday. They were very good with communication; they explained the process and were responsive to queries and questions. Their set up was good and the overall process felt professionally done. Their pilots were awesome. The whole crew was very organized and were clearly knowledgeable. Our group had great time.
