It was very easy to schedule things with Balloons Above the Valley. They were very accommodating around weather issues. We had a delay for a day so we really had a window of just one more day we could do the ride in and they were able to accommodate us. It went smoothly after we arrived and it was a very enjoyable experience. The price was reasonable. They had a very friendly staff, from the people that got us organized in morning to the balloon pilots themselves. I really enjoyed the whole experience.
