Joe and the Margo Team always go out of their way to resolve any plumbing problem I have experienced.
The toilet leak was identified in the morning. Mike was at the house around noon. Diagnosed the problem and then went out of his way to locate a difficult to find replacement part.
Bottom line is that by mid afternoon, the toilet was back in working order.
