What a ripoff!

I needed the flush mechanism on my toilet replaced and the tech first said that I should just get a new toilet. I told him
I found that ridiculous! So he quoted me $229 for a new handle! The tech claimed flat rate pricing and that all customers would be charged that rate. What a ripoff! Most new toilets cost that. What are horrible way to do business. The tech couldn’t even explain why they charge that rate! Do NOT use this company. It’s robbery if you as me. I’ll be leaving this same feedback on social media and Angie’s list as well.

If we were such a rip off. This was the second time the person called us in for the same toilet. We keep telling her that to invest any money into this toilet is the wrong thing to do. We are not about to put in a less quality toilet handle on a less quality toilet.
