I called on a Friday afternoon with a request to check the safety of the connection of a new stove and install a new dishwasher. The woman I spoke to said there would be $99 fee for someone to come out the next day-which I was fine with.

The next morning the serviceman arrived and.quoted a price of $550 to install the dw and $400 to replace the shut off valve for a total of $950!!! For a new DW I would have never paid $400. Now had the lady told me that the I installation was $550 I would not have requested the visit. I was ripped off $105 for the serviceman to tell me what the lady who answered the phone should have told me!!

This is a horrible way to do business and I want to prevent this from happening to others therefore I recommend anyone that calls this business to ask what their price is before they send someone out (it could save you $105.00)!!
