Great service though not altogether satisfied.
Perhaps I was expecting miracles in removing dog hair. I am still fabric wand rolling and removing dog hair from couch. Pillows are made out of goose down.
The serviceman was polite, careful and as thorough as he could be.
The cleaning agent is non toxic as advertised.
