The gentleman that came here from Chem-Dry of New Mexico was very pleasant, very nice, and very patient. I'm an old gal, and sometimes it takes me a little while to get it together. He told me what he was going to put on the carpets and explained the whole process. These carpets are very old. They were here when I moved in twelve years ago and they get dirty very fast. After he was done with his cleaning, they look really good! He put the shine back on them. My neighbor recommended Chem-Dry of New Mexico to me because she was very happy with the job they did for her. She's about to use them again! Five stars for Chem-Dry of New Mexico!
