This was my fourth time using Chem-Dry of New Mexico. They have always done a good job for me. The technicians are always prompt, polite and professional. They have all been very cordial and pleasant. I have found them all to be very funny and personable. I have a small dog that is a bit older and has a urinary tract infection so there were a lot of spots for them to clean up. They do three and a half large rooms for me. They were good about the extra cleaning and spot removal. They also put the special product on that is to rise to the surface once dry so it can be vacuumed up. Everyone has always done a really good job and worked quickly and efficiently. This last young chap was very pleasant and talked a lot so I was a bit worried about the time frame. I think I was right to be worried, time slipped away from him and he said he ran out of time and was unable to finish. The carpets were too wet from the product for him to finish working or to vacuum up the spots where the product was. Although he was thorough and pleasant I would hope to have a heart to heart talk with him so that he could perhaps work while he talks to get the job completed. He said he would come back to finish the job but he never did. I haven't called because I wouldn't want him to get into trouble, he was a nice young man. I'll just have to get them to come back out again. That being said, every time I have used their services the rugs always look great and all the technicians have been very pleasant and I am very pleased with Chem-Dry of New Mexico.
