This was our first experience with Chem-Dry of New Mexico. We asked them to come out and clean the carpets at our facility. They showed up on time, and what is more important, had all the right hoses and attachments to do the job! Very professional. They did a really great job, and I was so impressed that I recommended them to my mother-in-law. We were also impressed by their responsiveness. They even answered our emails right away. This was a really good first experience!
