Travis Ducat was our technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly, made sure we understood what he was going to do, the levels of service available. He helped move some of the heavy pieces of furniture too. There were several issues with the carpet and he let us know about each one (such as past water leak, yes there was. He was quick and efficient. He left the house clean, no debris. He put corner protectors on walls to keep the hose from damaging the walls going around corners. He propped the furniture upon blocks to allow the carpet to dry (easy to remove). Excellent value and service.
