Excellent service and results. The cleaning technician was very professional and courteous. The service provided was outstanding. We always prefer Chem-Dry because the carpet dries so much faster than other services while providing superior performance at a comparable cost. The technician also provided a recommendation and estimate for grout cleaning which we will likely also do. Highly recommended!
