I am a multi-generational user of Simply Magic Chem-Dry, having been referred to them by my mother. They do an awesome job for me, and they are the only carpet cleaning company that I will use. We have a lot of white and Berber carpet, and when they finish, it looks brand new! If a stain does come back out, they are quick to come back and take care of it. They do a great job every time! They are extremely accommodating, and Susan, who works the phone, does a great job too!
