I have used Simply Magic Chem-Dry for a few years previous to this, and their service was excellent. They are very easy to schedule with. This year, there were a couple of things that were not as good. There were some scuff marks on the baseboards, and they did not clean under the beds like they usually do. However, I am not sure if I was supposed to specifically request that particular service or not. But overall, they are a very good company!
