They do a nice job and my carpets aren't soaked, which is what I like!
When I recently used Simply Magic Chem-Dry, they sent the same guy as before, and he did an excellent job. I definitely recommend them. I've gone there four or five times and rate them very high. They come in, do a nice job and get most of my pet stains out. They also don't soak the carpet, which I like.
