Simply Magic Chem-Dry are absolutely excellent. They know what they are doing and do it well. They are always cordial, and it is a pleasure having them in my home. I have used Simply Magic for years, and they are always great. When they leave after cleaning my carpeting, it is nearly dry, and I cannot tell you how important that is! I was impressed by that fact the very first time I used them. I now have them back every year to clean my carpeting.
