We have had Simply Magic Chem-Dry do a couple of things for us. They re-grouted some areas for us, and they re-caulked other areas. They also cleaned our shower for us. Their service rep was very easy to talk to, and very accommodating. They were very easy to schedule with. We also went to their store to buy a cleaning product. They were very helpful and accommodating there also, and their prices were reasonable. We have had experiences with others who do this sort of work, and they are arrogant, and their prices reflect that arrogance at five to ten times as much. I mean, it is just nuts. In conclusion, we are very, very exacting people, and Simply Magic Chem-Dry met our expectations!
