We have been using Simply Magic Chem-Dry for years and years! They do a really good job for us. Most recently they cleaned our carpets for us, and an area rug that had never been cleaned. They made the area rug look brand new! I generally do not like having strangers in my home, but I have never had an issue with Simply Magic Chem-Dry's employees. They are clean, respectful people, and they come in, and they get the work done. They do not take breaks or smoke cigarettes or anything like that - no, they just come in and do their work quietly, and then leave. It is like they were never here, except for the fact the carpets look perfect! We highly recommend Simply Magic Chem-Dry to everyone!
