Overall I had a good experience with Simply Magic Chem-Dry, though there was a bit of an issue with some of my carpet. This was my first experience with Simply Magic, and everything from the front office staff, scheduling, and the workers themselves were fine. I was very satisfied with the men who came out to clean the carpet. They were very good and very polite. It's a small room, and there are paths and high-traffic areas that get dirtier than other spots, and I do not believe they got clean enough. The stains in those areas are still there and I do not know why. I will be reaching out to them to inquire further. But other than that, everything was fine.
