Simply Magic Chem-Dry did a fabulous job! I liked what they did for us so much that I have already had them back out here yesterday. It was the first time we had used the company. I thought about it and they were not the cheapest, but I had a good feeling about it. I had them clean the family room wall-to-wall carpeting and it turned out gorgeous! The two technicians that the company sent out were so very polite. They really took their time carefully making a plan and explained everything to me before they did the work. I had moved all of my small things out of their way. When they arrived they had on gloves and booties and kept a distance (as we are all supposed to be doing that due to the virus). They were conscientious in that way. The technicians moved all of the heavy pieces of furniture out of the way and were very good about cleaning all underneath. What a thorough job they did! After I saw what they did I thought it was a very fair price, competitive with other rug cleaning companies. It was worth every penny I paid to get the quality of work that they did for me. I called them up right after and had them come back out to clean all of the bedrooms upstairs. It was a different technician who came out that day, but the same level of professionalism he gave us. I would recommend them to anyone.
