Simply Magic Chem-Dry just happens to be located in the same building that I work in so when I needed emergency cleaning inside elderly residence I thought I might give them a try. I had never used them before this service call. The carpet cleaners were nice, kind and pleasant to deal with. They were respectful and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job of cleaning! I thought the floors turned out excellent upon seeing them. I would recommend their services and I would use them again! The pricing was very fair for the work that was done!
