I hired Simply Magic Chem-Dry to clean the carpeting in a bedroom. The office staff was very nice when I called to make an appointment. I got the appointment time I wanted. The technician showed up a bit early, but it wasn't a problem. The only thing I'd want a potential customer to know is that Simply Magic Chem-Dry doesn't move heavy furniture. Other than that, they did a very good job. I would definitely recommend Simply Magic Chem-Dry to others.
