Simply Magic Chem-Dry did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using their services. We found them using a Google search and gave them a call. Everything went well from start to finish. Their staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to schedule us quickly and their pricing was reasonable. We had them come out to clean the kitchen tile work. Everything turned out great. The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. They were respectful of our home and very courteous. They kept their work areas clean and tidy. I thought they were trustworthy and competent. Although there is not a lot of questions to ask while someone is cleaning I did have a few questions and they took the time to answer them for us.
