We have used Simply Magic Chem-Dry for at least ten years now. We usually have them come out and do our rugs, and we are always pleased. We were accustomed to having one particular tech out to clean all of the time, but he is no longer there. We are happy that the new techs are all cooperative and professional. The last time they came out to clean the carpets, I was talking to the tech about our kitchen tile. We have been in our house for a long time, and the kitchen floor is over 30 years old. It has little grooves and crevices in it, and it looks like stone. We have always cleaned it up by ourselves over the years, but the dirt was building up little by little in all of the grooves and crevices. The tech told me they could come in with the brushes and get that all cleaned up. So, that is what they did for me this last time. The floor looks brand new again. They stripped it and polished it, and it really looks so nice. It might not have been the same guy doing the job, but it was still done very well and quite quickly. I would definitely recommend Simply Magic Chem-Dry to anybody needing to have their carpet or tile cleaning done in a prompt, efficient, professional manner!
