Simply Magic Chem-Dry is awesome! I've used them several times. They recently shampooed two of my large, area rugs. They turned out just fine. I will keep using Simply Magic Chem-Dry because they're convenient. And I'm pleased with them, so there's no reason to switch. If someone were to ask me about Simply Magic Chem-Dry, I would say I think they'll do a good job. Plus they're punctual and professional. They're very friendly and were respectful in my home.
