I cannot say enough about Simply Magic Chem-Dry, as I was very satisfied with their service. It as very easy to set up an appointment and they came out as soon as they had an opening. I needed a big rug cleaned upstairs which was about three hundred square feet. The technicians arrived on time and both were extremely nice. They took their time to work on the rug, vacuuming and cleaning it very well. It came out great! Then one of the technicians suggested that I have them put a preservative on the rug to help keep it clean. I had them add the preservative which worked out well. Because it was a very good experience using them for the first time I definitely would recommend them to my friends.
