Our twenty-year-old carpet looks great, thanks to the continued efforts of Simply Magic Chem-Dry. We've used them three or four times and they do an excellent job every time. When I spilled an ink cartridge on the carpet, I called right away to schedule a cleaning visit. I didn't think they would be able to do anything about the stain, but he said he would do his best. He was able to get about 80% of the ink stain out. The rest of the carpet is perfect. We're very happy with the service we receive from Simply Magic Chem-Dry! They are efficient and professional!
