We have been using Simply Magic Chem-Dry for over a decade for both of our commercial locations. The last time we had them out was to clean all of our carpeting throughout one of our locations. The company is very good about giving us a confirmation call days before so we are prepared. However, this one time we forgot to move all our gym equipment out of their way the night before they were to come out. When the technicians arrived that day they moved everything out of the way for us and never even complained about it. They were so helpful! The technicians always arrive and complete the work in a timely manner and are very professional. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are very good or we would not be using them for all these years --no complaints at all!
