We have forty commercial buildings that we use Simply Magic Chem-Dry for. This last time we had them out was to clean carpeting out at one of the buildings where a tenant had just moved out. The carpets were in pretty bad condition and one had a really bad spot for them to take care of. Simply Magic Chem-Dry sent out their technicians and everything came out great! It is always very easy to set up appointments. The staff is always courteous and professional. Visits always run smoothe, which is why we have used them many times before. We highly recommend them to everyone. In fact, we are budgeting right now to have Simply Magic Chem-Dry back out to do all the rest of our condos within the forty commercial buildings we have.
