We are a commercial business and have been using Simply Magic Chem-Dry for the past twelve years. They are very good! With all the rain we have been having our carpets were soaked. Simply Magic Chem-Dry came out to our school and removed all of the water for us. The carpets look great now. All of the technicians who come out are very respectful of our needs. We highly recommend using them. Basically, what it comes down to is that they make our carpets look great! This is why we keep using them for all of these years.
