They were just fantastic! I had Simply Magic Chem-Dry come out to my home recently to clean all of the upstairs, plus a staircase. The two technicians who came out were wonderful, so I highly recommend them. I think one was Alejandro and I forget the other gentleman's name, but they were so clean and respectful towards the things in my home. I really appreciated that. They were very polite and so non-intrusive. It was just a wonderful experience using them. The carpets look great. I liked the work so much that I had them give me a quote on my hardwood floors and ceramic tile. I will definitely be using them again in the near future.
