When my wife and I adopted a dog that had been rescued in North Carolina, we didn't anticipate the possibility that a southern boy might not like to go out in frigid January temperatures. As a result, the expensive area rug in our living room got a bit of abuse.

The folks at Simply Magic worked their magic on the rug — cleaning it, sanitizing it, and removing every trace of scent from it. They stayed in touch by phone to let us know what they were doing and when the job would be complete. We couldn't have been happier. And we've been back since ... with other rugs for other reasons. ;-)
