This was my first time using Simply Magic Chem-Dry. They cleaned a 9'X12' room size carpet and an arm on my loveseat. I am happy with the work that they did and the carpet came out good, it is not perfect but I didn't expect it to be perfect. There are some things you just cannot get out of the carpet. These are fine gentlemen that come out to do this type of cleaning and I was really pleased with their demeanor, and I would use them again if needed.
