I had issues with some pet stains on a carpet. These stains were pretty bad and beyond anything I could deal with.

I called Simply Majic and schedule an appointment to clean this carpet and another room as well. The crew showed up early! Looked at the areas and started to work. In just over an hour they completed the job.

I was not expecting miracles in the pet stained areas, but the results were quite good. I am satisfied with the results. I just wished I had had these areas cleaned earlier.

The areas dried fasted than other carpet cleaners, the pet stained areas had more intense work and took longer to dry, but in less than 4 hours all were dry. And, most could be walked on when the crew left.

The crew was professional, courteous, prompt and did a good job. I will definitely use Simply Magic again.
