I had an excellent experience with Simply Magic Chem-Dry. We brought in an area rug (about 8 by 12 inches) to the company because it needed to be cleaned. A family member was the one who recommended the company to me and I was very happy with the results that I received. I would say that the staff was really professional and easy to schedule the work with. I worked with the owner and dealt with people in the office. Everyone did a great job, so I would recommend the company to other people. I appreciate that the staff was straightforward and they keep their word when it comes to pricing. If I needed to use them again, I definitely would.
