Overall, our experience with Simply Magic Chem-Dry went well! We needed our granite counter tops treated in our kitchen, and the workers did a good job. Our only complaint is that we wish they had prepared us a little bit more for the mess that the process made while it was being taken care of. The job took about five days, and we could not use our kitchen counters during that time at all. Had we known this prior to the job, we would have gone away for the weekend or made other plans so as not to disturb the process. In the future, they should probably let customers know beforehand that they will not be able to use their counter tops. The workers did clean up all of the mess afterward, which was great. As a whole, they did a good job, and our counter tops look nice.
